Note:-

• The basic prices are for the indicated super area.
• Maintenance Charges @ Rs.3.00 psf per month and for the first year shall be payable in advance at the time of offer of possession.
• IFMS Charges @ Rs.40/- Per Sq.ft, Power backup charges @ Rs.20000/- per KVA (2KVA mandatory) & Electrical Meter charges/ESS/FFC as per actual.
• Additional amount towards stamp duty, registration charges, and legal/miscellaneous expenses etc. shall be payable by the allottee at the time of offer of possession.
